Where do I download my purchased copy of Notation?
Solution When you order any Notation product, you will be sent an email with instructions for downloading your specific registered copy of the software. If you purchased MidiNotate or some other MidiNotate/Notation product sometime in the past and need to redownload the software again, please see the KnowledgeBase question: MidiNotate Sales and Product Registration > How can I redownload my purchased copy of a Notation software product?.

If you ordered a Notation product more than 30 minutes ago, and have not yet received an order confirmation, there are a couple reasons you might not have received it.

The most common reason is that your order requires a manual review for a credit card fraud check. We hope you will not interpret this as a doubt of your personal honesty on our part. Whether a particular order is subject to manual review is based on a number of factors. The most likely reason your order might be delayed for manual review is if you used a hotmail.com or similar free email service account, because such anonymous email accounts statistically have much higher rates of credit card abuse.

However, another possible reason that you did not receive your order confirmation is that you typed in your email address incorrectly when you ordered your Notation product. We will have delivered your order confirmation to the wrong address.

For whatever reason, if you feel you have waited too long to receive your order confirmation, you can check on the status of your order by starting at this web page: https://www.plimus.com/find_order.jsp.

Enter your email address at that page. Then, follow the instructions provided by Plimus, which is the company that we have hired to process Notation product purchase orders.

If the above procedure does not help you determine the status of your order, then you can contact Plimus either via webform, email, or phone using the information found on their contact page http://www.plimus.com/contacts.html
