staff lines uneven thickness
Whether I export as a pdf or png or print directly the staff lines never appear with a consistent thickness and printed pages sometimes even leave out a staff line. Any remedy for this?

I tried your method but things do not look right. That first measure should be a pickup note on the last sixteenth of a 4/4 measure (I would think as the cut time version has an eighth note pick up)...
