I recall that the first "swing" feature on a midi sequencer happened when Roger Linn tried to add quantization to one of his drum machines. The processor was so slow that...

This is a pay site, but it's probably the ultimate in classical music:
http://www.classicalarchives.com
Here's a fun site with tons of old tunes, both known and unknown, up to 1922 (American...

Re: Pre-Purchase Questions
Hi, Jimmie:
Composer imports and exports standard midi files, so if you can save in that format on the KN-7000, there should be no problem.
Despite the name of the site (freemidifiles.biz), it...

Re: Repeats
Hi, stormproof:
I take it that you don't want the 1 bar repeat at bar 9 and the end of music mark at bar 10? And that you do want bars 2 through 9 to play three times before going to bar 10?

Re: need help turning midi into sheet music
Hi, Tom:

Re: End of song
Hi, Gerard:
The end of music marker was in the middle of a bar? That's odd!
Do you still have a copy of it with the marker in it? I'd like to see it.
However, it sounds like you solved it,...
