When I first started with Notation Composer it would take me a couple days to "fix up" a MIDI to be usable. Now it takes about 15 minutes each. So even if I did it fresh today it would take 40 hours...

Hello,

The tempo speed problem isn't in the NoteSoft .not file itself. It plays fine here.

Perhaps your system is just temporarily "sick" and needs to be restarted. We Windows users used to...

Since using 2.6 I noticed a new problem.

If I adjust speed while it's playing it suddenly speeds up (like, to fast forward speed) and then slows down as I click the up and down button for speed....

Never mind.

Turns out the problem was AIM causing Notation to Hang.

When the computer starts, it starts AIM in the background.

If AIM is "stuck" then when I go to open a .NOT or .MID file...

Syncopated Tune sounds a littel rough, need help

I defaulted as all durations as noted.

The B Part sounds good with short repeated scales.

No, I was suggesting it may be the Expression controller. Take a look using the steps I listed, but click on "Expression" rather than "Mod wheel" in the controller list.

Removing Vibrato

I have a Song with a Violin Staff.

I'd like to the Vibrato like sound it has.

On the second pass the first note in measure 27 (Dotted Double Stop Half Note) is silent on Violin Staff and Then the same thing on Measure 35 (first time though).

There are repeat instructions...
