Notation Software History
Hi All,
Does anyone know if Notation Software is made by the same company that made Notator Logic for Atari or Commodore 64 back in the late 1980s? I think they both use the same .not file protocol. Cheers Rob |

Re: Notation Software History
Hi, Rob:
Notation Software is a completely different company from the makers of Notator. That was put out by C-Labs originally and later by Emagic. I don't believe there are any points of convergence between the two file formats. A lot of people still use Notator (or Creator) with their Ataris, but Emagic, even though they no longer support it, won't release to the public domain. It was certainly seminal software. David |
