Another pitch problem
Sometimes the notes displayed are a whole octave lower that what they should be. But not the whole score - just one instrument. I'm attaching 2 examples. Both isolate tenor sax notes for comparison. In "Fly Me to the Moon" the notes sound as they do and should from my sax. However in "I Wanna Dance with Somebody" the notes are an octave too high. I open both side by side in Notation and play the G for example in each score and you can see what I mean. How can I get the pitch of the "Fly me to the Moon" sax down an octave yet leave all the other instruments as they are and not change the displayed notes on the score? I have this problem with a couple other songs too. Does my question make sense? Thanks, Mike
