Hi Martin,

The chord names are kept highlighted mainly to have consistent behavior - any time you select or edit an element of the score, it is highlighted blue to show that it is ready to edit. If you use the Analyze Chord Names, then the chord names have just been edited and remain selected - to unselect them you need only click anywhere in the score (eg. white space.)
