Hi,

Things have changed a bit from the older MidiNotate line of products. We have created some Tutorial Videos to help with some of these types of tasks. Please take a look at the "Parts 2" video at http://notation.com/TutorialVideos.php

If that doesn't help you get the results you want, perhaps you could post one of your song files here (or send it to support@notation.com) and give us a few details specifically for that song that you're looking to get in the sheet you want to produce.
