Page Break Stretch
I am into a project of cleaning up the notation of my Recorder Duet Polka Suite. I always try to keep the printed version on two or fewer pages.
For the attached file, I set the number of measures per system to 8 to keep to my two-page limit. This worked quite well, but it left me with 6 systems on the first page and 4 systems on the second page -- much harder to read. So, I put a page break in on the sixth system to force it to page 2. Looks great, but when I shift back to screen view, measures 35 and 36 span the entire width of my display -- and probably the display of anyone else who views it. Any suggestions? Ralph Rayner |

Re: Page Break Stretch
Hi Ralph,
This is a bug with the display of Window View if you have inserted a Page Break in the Page View (print preview). If it bugs you for working on the piece, then the workaround is to wait til you're done to do the final print formatting. Sorry for the bother ttfn, Sherry
