Notation Software Germany (NS) assumes no responsibility for correctness, completeness and quality of the provided information and products. NS has no influence on the design and content of linked websites. Their use e.g. by screen shots is permitted for marketing purposes exclusively. NS reserves the right to rescind such use in special cases and will take legal steps in case of violations.

The use of contact data as part of the imprint obligation and other publications for transmissions of non-required advertising material and other material is explicitly refused. NS explicitly reserves the right to legally object to any delivery of advertising material e.g. by spam emails.

Privacy Policy

The personal data which you provide to us, e.g. when purchasing a product, signing up for the newsletter or by e-mail (e.g. your name and contact details) will be used only for the correspondence with you and only for the purpose for which you have provided the data to us. As far as it is necessary for the delivery of goods, only in this case we share the minimal required information to the responsible supplying company for the delivery of the goods.

We assure you that we will not pass any of your personal data to third parties, moreover, unless we are legally obliged or you have given your express consent. As far as we use third party services, the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Law of the Federal Republic of Germany are applied and will be strictly adhered to.

Personal data which have been communicated to us are only stored until the purpose is fulfilled, for which they were entrusted to us. As far as trade and tax retention periods must be met, the duration of storage of certain data can be up to 10 years.

If you do not agree or your data have become incorrect, we will delete the data upon your request. You can receive free information about all personal data that we hold about you. Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

On all our webpages IP-anonymization is activated. Your IP address will be truncated within the area of Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the whole IP address will be first transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google will use this information on behalf of us for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing them other services relating to website activity and internet usage.

The IP-address that your Browser conveys within the scope of Google Analytics, will not be associated with any other data held by Google.
