rest missing when importing midi
When importing a midi file which has rests at the beginning of measures, Composers removes the rest and places the following note on the first beat eliminating the rest. Is this a bug that has a fix?

Re: rest missing when importing midi
Hi,
Quote:
In Setup/Transcription options you can edit settings such as "Remove rests smaller than..." to change how the .mid file gets transcribed. In your case, you may want to try setting "Remove rests smaller than..." to "Do Not Remove Rests". If that doesn't do what you're looking for, please either post a copy of the file here, or send one to us at support@notation.com for us to review. ttfn, Sherry
