Why have I not received an order confirmation yet?

If you ordered Notation more than 30 minutes ago, and have not yet received an order confirmation, there are a couple of reasons you might not have received it.

The most typical is that the email has been put in the "spam" or "junk" email by your email provider. If you have an online email service such as Gmail or HotMail or the like please check all your folders for the emails from @notation.com Alternatively your local email program may have done the same things, so please be sure to check all your folders. If you do not find the 2 emails (a receipt email and a download information email) that we send, please contact us and we can arrange a different method to deliver that information to you.
