The installation program does not work without warning, why?

If the Notation installation program starts, but does not successfully complete, and offers no error messages, this might be due to a conflict with anti-virus software installed on your system.

In this case, temporarily turn off the anti-virus software when you install your Notation product. Then be sure to turn back on the anti-virus software as soon as the installation of Notation has successfully completed.
